5-INGREDIENT HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN THIGHS

I love this recipe! My whole family tried it and we thought it was just as great as take out, if not better! We love our crockpot and are always looking for more recipes to use it with. Thanks for sharing this recipe. It was a big success and we WILL be making it again!

INGREDIENTS


  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, about 2 pounds
  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoons brown deli mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Frist  Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Next Whisk honey, mustard, thyme and salt in a medium bowl. 
  3. Then Add chicken thighs and turn to coat. Next Arrange chicken on the parchment-lined baking sheet, tucking them into neat thigh shapes.
  4. Next Roast chicken until cooked through and browned in spots, 40 to 45 minutes. 
  5. Let rest 4 to 6 minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy.
